By booking a pick-your-own session or purchasing plants from Wild Dahlia Co, you agree to the terms below.

Wild Dahlia Co is a small, seasonal flower farm. While we always do our best, we can’t be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses beyond any refund outlined here.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors to the Wild Dahlia Co field (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket or entering the field, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Tickets & Entry

Tickets for pick-your-own slots are valid only for the date and time booked and must be presented on arrival. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Tickets for pick-your-own slots are non-refundable, except where required by law or cancelled by us.

Cut flowers and living plants are non-refundable.

If we are forced to close due to exceptional circumstances (including extreme weather, safety concerns, or crop failure), we will offer either:

  • a ticket transfer to another available date, or

  • a refund of the entry ticket price issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

Living plants and cut flowers are non-returnable once collected or dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
